Lean Six Sigma

The goals of Lean Six Sigma are efficient and centered business processes for the benefit of customer orientation and value adding. We put a special focus on the so-called „hidden-costs“. These costs represent approximately 20% of the common cost basis. Our Lean Six Sigma experience is not limited to the operational domain, we also conducted successfully projects in administration.  One of our project goals is next to a sustainable improvement also the knowledge transfer. We see this as a crucial success factor in order to implement the concept sustainably and to enable your employees to conduct similiar future projects on their own.

Project management
